The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Citizen Appeals" Regarding Electronic Appeals and Electronic Petitions" amended Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizen Appeals", in particular "A written appeal can also be sent using the Internet, electronic means of communication communication (electronic application).
The electronic application must contain the surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence of the citizen, the date, the essence of the raised issue, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints, requests or demands, e-mail address to which the applicant can be sent a reply, or information about other means of communication with him. The use of an electronic digital signature is not required.
