Department of Economic Development and Trade
The Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is established by the Head of the Regional State Administration, is a part of it and ensures the implementation of the state policy in the field of economic development and trade in the region.
The department is subordinated to the head of the regional state administration and is accountable to and controlled by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the MEDT).
In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and other central executive authorities, orders of the head of the regional state administration, and this Regulation.
The main tasks of the Department are to ensure implementation in the region:
- State policy of economic and social development
- State pricing policy
- State policy on entrepreneurship development, state regulatory policy, licensing, and permitting system
- State policy in the field of trade and consumer services
- State policy in the field of investment activity and public-private partnership
- Unified state foreign economic policy
